The Accelerator Kitchen is a shared-use kitchen that offers a ‘next step’ for graduates of Allen Neighborhood Center’s Incubator Kitchen program along the pipeline of small-scale, food processing infrastructure for entry-level food entrepreneurs. It provides constant access to shared equipment, a storefront, and a small public seating area.
The Accelerator Kitchen reduces obstacles that entrepreneurs with
limited resources face when entering the food industry. As an intermediate step between their own brick and mortar, it allows them to continue to develop their business.
The Accelerator was completed in March, 2021.
