"The Ingham County Health Department and Allen Neighborhood Center are partnering to create a new federally qualified health center to better serve the health care needs of eastside residents. The Allen Place clinic will offer primary care, behavioral health and laboratory services and include an on-site pharmacy, said Kris Drake, Ingham Community Health Centers executive director and deputy health officer."
